Mini Martial Arts
3-6yrs

We are excited to offer Mini Martial Arts. This class is the first step towards a long and rewarding martial arts journey. The core of this class is play based learning while improving your little ones coordination, balance, fitness and strength. Your child will learn a variety of skills such as teamwork, being a good sport, trying hard, taking turns, body awareness and balance all while having fun. All of the mixed martial arts skills that your child will learn are taught through games, races and obstacle courses to keep them excited and on track.

Bully Proof
7-12yrs

Our Bully Proof program has been specifically designed by Shaw and Kirrilee to help boost your child's confidence and self esteem. We believe that every child has the right to feel safe and powerful, We teach a combination of Boxing, Kick Boxing, Wrestling and Grappling. We work with our students on using their voice and their body awareness. We always strive to improve a child's confidence and self-worth while at the same time teaching them the importance of being humble and respectful. At HTC we are a team and a family. We teach the kids how to support and encourage one another. This class is great for fitness and developing a good skill set that can keep your child safe for life.

 

Boxing fundamentals

This class is perfect for when you are starting out or when you want to get back to basics to improve your footwork, technique, precision and power. Our coach brings great energy and enthusiasm to the class. All fitness and skill levels welcome. 

No-gi grappling

Our no-gi grappling classes are geared more towards Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), wrestling and Catch Wrestling. We believe this holistic approach to grappling helps our students to use power with fluidity and good technique. This is a full body workout and loads of fun.

 

 

Boxing

 Our boxing program is designed to improve your skill level as well as your cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. We don't believe in boxercise for this program as we want all of our members to be learning proper techniques and skills whilst getting fit and having fun.

 

 
 

Survivor Not Victim Self-defence Course

HTC is incredibly proud to offer a structured eight week course in women's self defence. 
Our course aims to teach women a variety of techniques.

MMA

Our MMA class for adults teaches a combination of boxing, No-Gi Grappling, Kick Boxing and Wrestling in a MMA setting. It is perfect for those that wish to compete in MMA and for people that just want a great full body workout in a fun and energetic environment.

 

Colts MMA 

Our colts class is a follow on from our Bully Proof program. It is a holistic approach to MMA and teaches students how to adapt Boxing, No-Gi Grappling, Kick Boxing and Wrestling to a MMA setting. This class is perfect for improving fitness and skill levels and caters to those who are looking to compete in the future and for those that just want to join in for fun.

Muay Thai Advanced

Our Muay Thai classes are high energy, fun and great stress relief. In this class you will learn to utilize your punches, kicks, elbows and knees.  

Striking Fundamentals 

 Our Striking Fundamentals class is designed to sharpen your skills and give you the confidence to move on to our Muay Thai advanced class. Our coach had a wealth of knowledge and is excited to guide you on your martial arts journey.
